Snag Property Inspection was engaged to carry out a comprehensive 3-cycle annual maintenance inspection for SABA Towers 1 and 3. The objective was to ensure that maintenance standards meet client expectations, reduce major repairs, enhance the living environment, and extend the lifetime of assets while minimizing reserve funding needs.
Our focus was on the MEP systems, including equipment such as AHUs, chillers, fire pumps, lifts, and parking systems. Each inspection involved a random sampling of checks on the maintenance carried out by the FM contractor, as well as verification of repairs listed by the client.
